Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@batraclothhouse.in or WhatsApp +91 70650 00318 to request a return.
- We will arrange for a pickup or share the return address based on your location at an associated cost.
- Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
We do not refund the products, we will provide you with a store credit which you can use to buy any of the available product
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
